УИХ-ын дарга Н.Учрал “Монгол-Оросын бизнес форум”-ыг нээж, үг хэлэв
Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын дарга Н.Учралын Оросын Холбооны Улсад хийж буй албан ёсны айлчлалынхаа үеэр Москва хотноо болж буй “Монгол-Оросын бизнес форум”-д (2026.02.11) оролцлоо. Уг форумд Монголын талаас 50 гаруй аж ахуйн нэгжийн 70 орчим төлөөлөл оролцсон бол Оросын талаас 100 гаруй бизнесийн төлөөлөл цуглажээ.
Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын дарга уг форумыг нээж хэлсэн үгэндээ, хоёр улсын хөрөнгө оруулалт, бизнесийн хамтын ажиллагааг бодитоор урагшлуулах боломж нь Монгол Улс болон Евразийн эдийн засгийн холбоо, түүний гишүүн орнууд хоорондын Худалдааны түр хэлэлцээр болохыг тодотгов. Энэхүү хэлэлцээр нь Монгол Улс Евразийн эдийн засгийн холбооны зах зээлтэй институцийн түвшинд ойртож, худалдаа, хөрөнгө оруулалт, бизнесийн харилцааг илүү тогтвортой, урьдчилан таамаглахуйц болгох эхлэлийг тавьж байгааг онцоллоо. Угтаа энэ хэлэлцээр нь зөвхөн тарифын асуудал бус, харин бизнесийн хамтын ажиллагааг бодитоор хөнгөвчлөх, гааль, техникийн зохицуулалт, стандартын уялдааг сайжруулах, улмаар аж ахуйн нэгжүүдийн зардлыг бууруулж, зах зээлд нэвтрэх боломжийг өргөжүүлэхэд чиглэж байгааг хэллээ. Ялангуяа Монгол, Оросын бизнес эрхлэгчдийн хувьд хамтарсан төсөл хэрэгжүүлэх, нийлүүлэлтийн сүлжээг өргөтгөх, үйлдвэрлэл, логистикийн хамтын ажиллагааг шинэ шатанд гаргах чухал боломж болохыг тодотгосон юм.
Форумын үеэр Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын дарга бизнес эрхлэгчдэд бодитоор тулгардаг зарим бэрхшээлийг дурдлаа. Евразийн эдийн засгийн холбооны гишүүн улсуудад стандарт, техникийн зохицуулалт, гарал үүслийн дүрэм, тохирлын баталгаажуулалтын тайлбар нь харилцан адилгүй хэрэгжих, Монгол Улсад олгосон сертификат, лабораторийн шинжилгээг зарим тохиолдолд дахин шаардах зэрэг нь экспортын хугацаа, зардлыг ихэсгэдэг байна.
Мөн мах, махан болон сүү, сүүн бүтээгдэхүүний экспортод ариун цэвэр, эрүүл ахуй, мал эмнэлгийн шаардлагын тайлбар жигд бусаас гадна хил, гаалийн шатанд бичиг баримтын давхардал үүсэх, дамжин өнгөрөх процесс удаашрах зэрэг хүндрэл бизнесийн салбарт бодитоор мэдрэгддэг. Иймд энэ удаагийн форум зөвхөн боломжийг ярих талбар бус, харин тулгамдаж буй асуудлыг ил тод хөндөж, шийдлийн гарцыг хамтдаа эрэлхийлэхэд чиглэх ёстойг онцоллоо. Тэрбээр, төр, хувийн хэвшлийн уялдаа холбоо сайжирч, харилцан ойлголцол бэхжсэн тохиолдолд хоёр орны эдийн засгийн хамтын ажиллагаа илүү гүнзгий, тогтвортой хөгжинө гэдэгт итгэлтэй байгаагаа тодотгов.

Түүнчлэн хоёр талын Худалдаа, аж үйлдвэрийн танхимын удирдлагуудын илтгэлээс гадна хөдөө аж ахуй, хөнгөн үйлдвэрлэл тэр дундаа ноос ноолуур, нэхмэлийн салбарын өнөөгийн байдал, зах зээлийн үзүүлэлтүүд, хөрөнгө оруулалтын боломжуудыг танилцуусан юм.
