Ө.Шижир: Төр хувийн хэвшилтэй өрсөлдөхгүй гэсэн бодлогыг зөрчсөн хотын удирдлагад хариуцлага тооцож чадах уу?
УИХ-ын гишүүн Ө.Шижир такси үйлчилгээний талаар бодлоо хуваалцав. Тэрбээр “Uber, Grab, Lyft vs Улаанбаатар хотын такси бааз… Uber, Grab, Lyft нэг ч өөрийн эзэмшлийн тээврийн хэрэгсэлгүй бөгөөд иргэдэд ажлын байр бий болгож, нэмэлт орлого олох боломж бүрдүүлдэг.
Харин Улаанбаатар хотын такси компанид зөвхөн төв оффист нь 156 хүн ажиллах нь. Нийт 2000 таксинд 156 төв оффисын ажилтан болон 4000 жолооч ажиллах нь дэлхий даяарх Uber, Lyft, Grab нийлүүлээд ч хүрэхгүй.
Дандаа дэлхийн тэнхлэгийн эсрэг эргэхээ хэзээ болих вэ? Эдгээр хүмүүсийн цалинг таны татварын мөнгөөр төлнө, төрийн бүтэц улам данхайна. Төр хувийн хэвшилтэйгээ өрсөлдсөөр байна.
Зөвхөн захиргаа, хүний нөөцийн хэлтэст нь 42 хүн ажиллах ба нийтдээ 4573 хүн ажиллана гэсэн байна. Энийг хэзээ болих вэ?
Та хэдийн баримталж байгаа төр хувийн хэвшилтэй өрсөлдөхгүй гэсэн бодлогыг зөрчиж буй хотын удирдлагад хариуцлага тооцож чадах уу? Одоо нэг километр нь 1500 төгрөг байна.
