4. Гараа угаахад нь хүүхдэд хэрхэн туслах вэ?
Хүүхдүүдийн хувьд гар угаах ажлыг амар хялбар, зугаатай болгоход туслах хэдэн аргыг энд дурдаж байна. Үүнд:
- Амар хялбар болгох - Бага насны хүүхдүүд угаалтуурт бие даан хүрэхэд хялбар болгох үүднээс сандал тавина. Хүүхэд хүрч чадахуйц газарт саван байрлуулна. Угаалтуурын дэргэд цаг хугацаа тоологч тавьж, тэднийг 20 хүртэл тоолоход тусална.
